People of India may s/elect a person as "Peoples’ Own Representative" who will remain with them their & there only under their control for whole 5 years term as "”By the People’ ‘Of the People’ ‘For the People’" because you have empowered him/her and it is your power to be used to get things in your way. At least to get means to meet the resources for a decent peaceful, happy family life as per your own capacities if not luxury.
Employment to be redefined as a means/sufficient opportunity for sufficient resources for the family of the people as per their own capacities to fulfill in the present environment.
Development is to be redefined as the each person is developed by awareness of qualities of citizens as a member of this society to make “Our Nation as One family” by providing an environment contusive to happy life of all ordinary residents.
To make it do not loose your power (Peoples’ Own Representative) but make him/her to remain with you for addressing your societal issues. People should aim a majority preferably all 543 "Peoples’ Own Representative". By your own power you can make all parties’ governance/Social service (Seva) as all are ambitious to become prime for serving the people and do many good things for people and naturally as ordinary citizen all would like to have all the mandates promised by all fulfilled.
By this the aim of our constitution i.e. “Republic Democracy of independent secular and Sovereign India” will be achieved.
Let us work for this.
